The 7th annual Streets of Bakersfield “Cruizin Shine” Car Show charity event kicks off this afternoon at the Buck Owen’s Crystal Palace at 3:00pm. Founder Tony Castiglione announced that all the proceeds will benefit the Portrait of a Warrior Gallery, supporting the Guitars4Vets program.
