A teenager remains in critical condition after being struck by a car as he rode his bike in east Bakersfield. Police say the 14-year-old was one of several kids riding against traffic and doing wheelies on East Truxtun Ave and Williams Street on Monday. The teenager suffered major injuries. Authorities haven’t released his name.
