Two men were struck by a car and got trapped underneath the vehicle during a slow-speed chase in Oildale.
Kern County Sheriff’s deputies were pursuing a possible stolen car when the accident happened in an alley near Decatur Street and Lincoln Avenue June 14.
The driver was traveling about fifteen miles per hour when he struck the victims. Several deputies lifted the car off the men who suffered moderate injuries.
The driver was arrested.
KCSO hasn’t released the names of the people involved.
